Job Summary
This is an entry-level opportunity designed to develop into a Sales Agent role. As a Sales Agent Trainee, you will complete a structured training program focused on sales, products, and licensing. Upon successful completion, you will be promoted to a Sales Agent.
This position is based in a Branch Office, where all sales activities, client appointments, and inspections are conducted on-site. You will assist members by providing information on AAA services and insurance products while building a strong sales foundation.

What You’ll Do
- Generate business through prospecting, networking, and lead development
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain client retention and grow your book of business
- Stay motivated and committed to developing a profitable sales career
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses
- A P&C license is required prior to start (AAA provides study materials; 3–4 weeks to complete)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
