Automotive Service Management Experience Required

Responsibilities - Service Director:
- Oversee daily operations in the service department and keep everything running smoothly
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of technicians, advisors, and support staff
- Cultivate a positive, team-first work environment where people want to give their best
- Ensure top-tier repair quality, fast turnaround, and an exceptional customer experience
- Manage workflow, technician dispatch, and productivity targets
- Handle warranty processes, OEM compliance, and customer escalations professionally
- Track and improve KPIs – hours per RO, ELR, CSI, and overall profitability
- Collaborate with parts and sales to keep operations seamless
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Director:
- Service Management experience at a franchise dealership required
- Lead by example and bring out the best in your team
- Know how to balance efficiency with quality and customer care
- Understand flat rate systems, workflow management, and technician motivation
- Are proficient with DMS tools (Xtime, Reynolds, etc.) and OEM platforms
- Communicate clearly and handle challenges with a calm, solutions-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Must pass pre-employment screening
