Automotive Sales Management Experience Required.
A highâ€'volume, customerâ€'driven South Atlanta automotive dealership is seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive continued growth. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the sales department
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals
- Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management
