Automotive Sales Management Experience Required.

A highâ€'volume, customerâ€'driven South Atlanta automotive dealership is seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive continued growth. What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the sales department
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals
Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
