 is HIRING NOW for a Service Department Scheduler to respond to internet inquiries, answer calls, and schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle repairs, routine maintenance, and more!

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, friendly, and have excellent customer service skills and experience with high inbound/outbound phone calls. We will train you to succeed and offer advancement opportunities!

Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer all inbound phone calls for the service department and schedule appointments for the service department
  • Inform customers of special programs/incentives
  • Call to confirm service appointments
  • Follow up with every service customer regarding his or her satisfaction with the service department
  • Greet customers cordially and guide them to the relevant location depending on the purpose of their visit
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
     


Qualifications/Requirements:

 

  • Onsite position
  • Must be available to work evenings until 8:00 PM Monday through Thursday, until 6:00 PM on Fridays, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM
    to 5:00 PM
  • Resume must be uploaded to be considered
  • Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus!
  • Good verbal and written communication skills required
  • Customer service and phone experience required
  • Computer/internet savvy
  • Must be a motivated and goal-driven candidate who will make an immediate impact and help us to continue to grow
