Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager with Crown, you will be instrumental in driving our market expansion, focusing on the AR and East OK markets. This role requires innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer service to establish and deepen relationships in the healthcare sector.
- Base salary of $70,000 -80,000, plus uncapped commission.
- Realistic commission range of $30,000 - $50,000+++ for a skilled salesperson.
- Travel requirement - able/willing to travel 50% of the time.
Sales Duties, approximately 80%:
- Spearheaded the growth of Crown's presence in Georgia, central Tennessee (east to Chattanooga, west to Memphis), and northern Alabama (Birmingham and north) markets, with a focus on the Atlanta area.
- Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare accounts within these regions.
- Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction with current clients.
- Monitor and report on market penetration and sales progress regularly through check-ins with your Division VP.
- Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts, and partners through proficient use of Salesforce.
Service Duties, approximately 20%:
- Address and resolve customer issues swiftly, ensuring a high level of service.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior management for strategic account advancement.
- Other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of outside/B2B sales experience, 5 years preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Georgia, northern Alabama and central Tennessee regions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
- Experience in the linen industry preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree.
