Job Details

We are seeking a motivated attorney licensed in California who is eager to build a career in workers’ compensation law. No prior experience in this field is required—we will fully train and mentor you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent clients at hearings and trials
  • Conduct legal research and case evaluations
  • Draft pleadings, settlement documents, and reports
  • Negotiate settlements and communicate with opposing counsel
  • Manage a caseload with support from legal assistants/paralegals

What We’re Looking For:

  • California Bar license in good standing
  • 1–3 years of legal experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Spanish language skills a plus
