This role primarily focuses on the design and development of infrastructure for electric vehicles, wireless communication, and telecom. You will be working on cutting-edge projects, including site modifications, tower upgrades, and EV design. Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies for various construction projects, focusing on electric vehicles, wireless communication, and telecom infrastructure.
  • Perform detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
  • Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.
  • Use computer-assisted engineering software (AutoCAD) to perform engineering tasks.
  • Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
  • Perform detailed feasibility studies for proposed equipment and systems.
  • Oversee and manage site modifications and tower upgrades.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet client needs and budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain and improve professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in design engineering within the construction industry.
  • Experience with electric vehicles, wireless communication, and telecom design is a must.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar computer-assisted engineering and design software.
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and practices.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification is preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
