Job Details

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects.
Lead project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, to meet goals and deadlines.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain progress.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, contracts, and company policies.
Oversee financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial or institutional construction.
Proven track record of managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
