Job Details

Manage key components of the month-end and year-end close process.
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
Assist with preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and management reporting.
Analyze account activity and investigate discrepancies or unusual variances.
Support AP, AR, cash activity, accruals, and other accounting functions as needed.
Maintain accurate supporting schedules and documentation for balance sheet accounts.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls.
Partner with internal teams to ensure financial information is accurate and timely.
Support year-end audit/tax activities and provide requested documentation.
Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
