Responsibilities - Top Performing Sales Consultants

  • Help customers select and purchase vehicles from a huge selection of new and pre-owned inventory! Bring your 'A game' and a positive attitude to work every day!
  • Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
  • Explain product features and demonstrate performance on test drives
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
  • Positively overcome customer objections
  • Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Prospect for new customers

Qualifications - Top Performing Sales Consultants:

  • Top Performing Sales Experience is preferred but not required. We train for success!
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing, and motivated to succeed with exceptional customer service skills!
  • Good work ethic and computer skills
  • Professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
