Job Details
As a Corporate Associate Attorney on our team, we are looking for the following experience:
- JD from accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with mergers & acquisitions and general corporate representation, and/or (ii) public company reporting and compliance, capital markets and corporate governance
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is a big plus
