Job Details

The Building Automation Sales Manager drives growth for our Building Automation Division by pursuing plan-and-spec construction projects, engaging architects and engineering firms, and promoting Yale’s full portfolio of BAS solutions. This role blends business development, relationship management, and technical sales expertise to build a strong project pipeline and position Yale Mechanical as a preferred controls provider in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close plan-and-spec BAS opportunities while managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through handoff to operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with A&E firms, contractors, and owners to influence specifications and support project development.
  • Champion and technically position Yale Mechanical’s building automation solutions through presentations, proposals, forecasting, and market engagement.
