We are in need of a Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and manage various ground up projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulations. This is a permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our company. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in construction and project management to drive project success.

Responsibilities
1. Leading and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex industrial construction projects.
2. Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
3. Defining project objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
4. Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
5. Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
6. Meeting budgetary objectives and making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
7. Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
8. Managing risks and issues, implementing mitigation measures to minimize project risks.
9. Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
10. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
11. Reporting and escalating issues to management as needed.

Qualifications
1. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management (7+ in the construction industry), preferably working on industrial projects.
3. Proven experience managing ground up projects from conception to completion.
4. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
5. Experience with process improvement and inventory control.
6. Advanced time management and analytical skills.
7. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
8. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Primavera or similar).
